With Snowdon on the doorstep offering activities for all preferences, Ynys Wen is a lovely base for your group holiday in North Wales.

Electric range oven with 5 ring gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, second fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV with Sky, DVD, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 8 cars. Bike and kayak storage. Enclosed lawned garden with furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 5 mins walk. Lake 2 mins walk. Note: One double bedroom has restricted access to the sides of the bed. Note: Due to the steep drop in the garden, please ensure children are supervised at all times. Note: Whilst the property is set back from the main road, some traffic noise may be heard. |

Llanberis is a village in Gwynedd, Wales. It is located on the edge of Snowdonia National Park within a few miles of Pentir, Betws Garmon, Tal-Y-Bont, Llanrug, Bangor, and Caeathro and is one of 91 towns or villages in Gwynedd in which Go2 has cottages or holidays lets available. It is perhaps best known as the starting point for the Snowdon Mountain Railway which for over 100 years has taken passengers from the station at Llanberis up to the summit of Mount Snowdon, Wales's highest peak. Llanberis is also known for its lake and the lakeside railway which runs around it, and also as a centre for outdoor activities including mountaineering, walking, climbing, horse riding and so on..
The nearest official cities are Bangor (population 15,280), Swansea (population 169,880), and Newport (which has a population of 116,143 according to the 2001 Census).
